Hello! Let me introduce myself.
My home is Maui. Paradise is my passion. As an Artist-in-Residence at Galleries and Resorts, I have been artmaking on Maui for 35 years. With an innate desire to serve the community, my images of floral, fish, and bamboo have provided decor for businesses, residences, and medical clinics. My fluid transition from acrylic canvas into watercolor mediums caters to many tastes and environments. Visits to Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East inspired my use of vibrant color which emerged a distinct style and identity. Gratitude fills my life with the appreciation of collectors both local and international.
I have taught a self-designed curriculum for children titled, “Kids for Kindness: Painting, Poetry, and Virtues. This program integrated a multifaceted study of art appreciation using universal values, such as peace, love, unity, and courtesy themed in illustration.
I enjoyed membership in the Hawaii Watercolor Society, Maui Chapter.
Art is truly my calling to bring joy to all of us.
